The federal goverment has relased a massive amount of funding to assist current and potential homeowners. You your family , friends and co-workers can benefit if you act now while funds are available.
* Homeowners you will benenfit in one of the following ways-
Lowest interest rate available since 1971. Rates for most are 5.5% and as low as 4.875 for most (APR 5.5 is 6.1approx)(APR 4.875 is 5.3 appox.)
If you have an FHA loan than you can simply call me and get the rate lowered without paying for an appraisal and you provide limited documentation. Your credit score does not matter however you must be on time with your current mortgage payment. You you will skip the next month payment and you can choose the number of years for repayment a minimum of 10 years up to 30 years. So you do not have to start over with a 30 year mortgage.
* You can increase or reduce the length of your mortgage and get a lower rate at the same time. One extra mortgage payment a year actually cuts seven years off your mortgage. Two extra mortgage payments cuts an average of 14 years off your mortgage.
A mere 1/2 point in interest payment say going from 6.00% to 5.5% saves a whooping $22,000 off your housing cost. That is more money in your pocket!!
Homeowners you can also pay off your bills, high interest credit cards or personal loans, get funding for home remodeling, or simply get cash for whatever you desire at the lowest rate since 1971.
If you can afford to rent than you can afford a home of your own. With as little as $7,000 dollars based on a $200,0000 home price than your dream home is waiting.
Whatever the home cost multiply the price by 3.5% and that will provide you with your required down payment. In most cases, you will also need funds for homeowners insurance, an appraisal, possible termite inspection and other inspections.
The federal goverment is providing an $8,000 first time homeowners tax credit for a limited time
The seller can still provide up to 6% sellers concession.
